PDL specializes in the production of innovative rolling papers for RYO (Roll Your Own) and MYO (Make Your Own) applications, made from certified wood pulp or sustainable pulps derived from hemp, bamboo, flax, miscanthus, rice, bagasse and sisal. These lightweight papers, available in “vergé” or “velin” versions, are offered in grammages ranging from 10 to 28 g/m² and porosities from 5 to 120 CU. Bleached (white) or unbleached (natural), PDL also offers colored papers (green, black, pink or blue) as well as an option to flavor your products with licorice.

RYO Papers

PDL specializes in the production of innovative rolling papers for RYO (Roll Your Own) and MYO (Make Your Own) applications, crafted from certified wood pulp or sustainable pulps made from hemp, bamboo, flax, miscanthus, rice, bagasse and sisal. Tipping Base Papers

PDL is a producer of Tipping base paper, a specialty printing base paper used primarily in the production of cigarette filters. The paper is designed to be perfectly printed and must be strong enough to securely hold the filter and withstand handling during manufacturing and by consumers. Different textures and finishes are available depending on the desired aesthetic.

Cigarette & MYO Papers

PDL also produces industrial cigarette and MYO papers in various grammage with porosity ranging from 20 to 120Cu.

How should paper be stored to keep it in optimal condition?

Store paper in dry environments away from moisture, in sealed packaging to avoid dust and contaminants, and flat or upright to prevent curling or damage.

Do you offer customization options for paper weight, size, and finish?

Yes, PDL offers a variety of customization options and lightweight papers ranging from 10 g/m² to 65 g/m² with thickness tailored to your needs. Papers are also offered in custom sizes for rolls, sheets, or reams and finishes such as matte, glossy, white or natural. PDL can customize paper dimensions to meet specific requirements, including a maximum width of 120 cm. Standard core diameters are 70, 76, 120 and 152 mm or 2.7”, 3”, 4.7” and 6”.

Do you offer specific labeling on the paper boxes?
