Primalux Hi-Brite

Primalux is a woodfree, pigmented paper featuring high whiteness and opacity with low transvision. These characteristics, combined with its surface finish, give it exceptional four-color printing results. Primalux is the perfect answer to the demand for low-weight, high-quality coated papers. Its performance in terms of machinability and reliability has won over printers around the world, who define it as the market benchmark for thin paper for high-quality four-color printing.

Indopaque & Primabible

Ultra-light, high-quality paper, Indopaque is ideal for printing religious texts in one or two colours. Indopaque is one of the reasons behind our reputation as a supplier of opaque thin paper. Indopaque is mainly used for high-end literature and religious texts.
Its excellent print results and low strike-through means that publishers can produce the finest publications with high page volumes while still receiving the environmental benefits of thin, lightweight paper.

Primaone

This high-quality offset paper has been specifically designed for digital printing, and is the first range resulting from the close collaboration between PDL and major manufacturers of printing equipment.
Whether used for monochrome or spot colours, it’s a great choice for printing financial or corporate reports, to name just a few examples.

It is also suitable for printing loose sheets used for updating legal publications.

Primajet

Primajet was created by PDL working in close collaboration with manufacturers of digital printers. Designed to be used with ink jet technology.

Primajet is particularly well-suited to ink jet printing for illustrated publications, in either multicolour or black and white.

What types of specialty paper do you offer?

What is the difference between recycled paper and eco-friendly paper?

Which products are biodegradable or compostable?

PDL offers several biodegradable and compostable products, including Primabake free-from-harmful PFAS baking paper and Primafoodwrap compostable food wrap.

What does it mean for paper to be FSC® or PEFC certified?

FSC® certification ensures that paper comes from responsibly managed forests that meet environmental and social standards. PEFC certification guarantees that products support sustainable forest management across the supply chain.

How should paper be stored to keep it in optimal condition?

Store paper in dry environments away from moisture, in sealed packaging to avoid dust and contaminants, and flat or upright to prevent curling or damage.

Do you offer customization options for paper weight, size, and finish?

Yes, PDL offers a variety of customization options and lightweight papers ranging from 10 g/m² to 65 g/m² with thickness tailored to your needs. Papers are also offered in custom sizes for rolls, sheets, or reams and finishes such as matte, glossy, white or natural. PDL can customize paper dimensions to meet specific requirements, including a maximum width of 120 cm. Standard core diameters are 70, 76, 120 and 152 mm or 2.7”, 3”, 4.7” and 6”.

Do you offer specific labeling on the paper boxes?

Yes, PDL provides customized labeling options for packaging. We can tailor labels to include specific information or branding elements as per your specifications.
